WARRANTY

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Theoktisto Ltd.

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Theoktisto Ltd.

(the ”Physical Goods”)

WHAT DOES THIS LMITED WARRANTY COVER?

This limited warranty cover any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Theoktisto Ltd will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

WHAT WILL WE DO TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM?

Theoktisto Ltd will either repair the Product at no charge, or replace it using new or refurbished replacement parts.

HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Theoktisto Ltd depends on the type of product. 

The warranty period of fireplaces and stoves purchased from our store lasts two (2) years, unless the manufacturer
provides a warranty that exceeds the two (2) years. In that case, the manufacturer’s warranty will apply. 

The warranty period of stones purchased from our store lasts one (1) year. 

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good from the day of purchase.

WHAT DOES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY NOT COVER?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problems caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship (e.g., weather conditions)

This Limited Warranty does not cover the following items:

  • Fireplace or stove glasses and slates

WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO?
